Wine cave, 9 foot chair great for taking pictures, private master 2nd Hot Tub, Casita, Cabana. 500K in lighting alone! Zillow has this home valued at 6M, but there has been 1M put into immaculate interior design that Zillow is not aware of. This home is fantastic for family reunions, golf groups, bachelorette hosting, etc (can't do weddings or wedding receptions).
