There is one central open plan living space with a large 3 seater sofa that can be converted into a double bed for extra guests. The large flat screen on the wall with Freeview, dining table and chairs sitting 6 people. In the room next to the main living space there is a newly fitted kitchen which includes oven, hob, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, everything you expected from a fully serviced accommodation. Warmed by gas central heating and with Upvc double glazing. The one Bedroom is a very good size with a large window lightening up the room naturally. The bedroom comes with two single beds(which can be requested to made together) and fitted wardrobes. There is also an open area in the room for ironing. Newly fitted bathroom with a doubled sized shower cubicle and power shower. All towels provided. Externally, the property is well positioned not far from local amenities and nearby major bus routes and is located within a short distance to the town centre.
