Welcome to this seasonal, weekly, fortnightly or longer rental in Arcachon, with private parking.
In this furnished apartment for rent, on the third and last floor, in a luxury residence, in the Saint Ferdinand district, we will welcome you with pleasure.
Bakery, press, pharmacy, butcher, doctor, convenience store, caterer, cheese maker, fishmonger and restaurants are within 200 m.
Everything can be done on foot, including reaching the city center by strolling along the promenade along the beach or by taking the free shuttle.
ACTIVITIES / EXITS:
Beaches, Pilat dune, golf, horse riding center, fishing, shopping, bike rides, tennis, spa, swimming pool, winter town, casino ...
Possibility of boat rental, jet ... for beautiful walks on the basin, or simply to take a ticket to join CAP-FERRET for the day, in pinasse
DESCRIPTION:
It includes: an entrance hall, an extra sofa bed, a living room with a 140 cm bed, a full kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, cupboards), a bathroom with WC, basin, shower and washing machine, terrace not overlooked,
No noisy festive evenings.
Household linen not provided (sheets and towels),
Pillows, duvets, tea towels, bath mats provided.
No smoking indoors, no pets.
The rental is in principle from Saturday 4 pm to the following Saturday 11 am (minimum 7 nights). Priority to the fortnight in July and August. Let us study any request according to our possibilities.
We will welcome you in person, with the possibility depending on our availability, to pick you up at the station, if you do not have means of transport.
