A stunning newly built 1 bedroom entire coach house stylishly furnished to a high standard, within the grounds of a family home completely detached with free parking.
situated in beautiful broadway you are only a 5 minute train or 10 minute bus/car journey away to the spectacular award winning Weymouth beach with gorgeous restaurants/bars and quaint local businesses, there is definitely something for all the family.
The space
Newly decorated coach house with modern interior fully equipped for all your needs to make your stay as relaxing as possible.
When entering you have a lovely open space on the ground floor to put your coats/shoes (there is plenty of space for bikes, pushchairs etc) this is also where you will find the washing machine, iron and drying rail.
The stairs are to the right which takes you to the first floor where you enter the light and comfy living/dining room with large smart tv with sky and Netflix and a range of dvds, board games and books.
There is a double cupboard which has high chair, stair gate, ironing board, floor brushes, mop & bucket and space for suitcases.
The living room sofa is also a sofa bed which is suitable for two people there is a mattress topper provided to make it extra comfortable.
The Modern kitchen is fully equipped with under counter fridge/freezer, dishwasher microwave, hob, electric oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, all utensils and crockery.
The light and airy bedroom offers a comfy king sized bed, large double wardrobe with hangers and a safe, dressing table, hair dryer, chest drawers, full length mirrors and smart tv.
The bathroom is light, spacious and has a bath, shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail.
Guest access
You have the entire coach house to yourselves you do have to go up stairs so may not be suitable for wheelchairs but when upstairs it’s all one level.
When arriving you will come down a private drive which enters our car park/garden to the left hand side you will see a sign on the fence for your allocated space.
You can either request for the keys to be left for you or I can greet you with them it’s not a problem as we live on site but out of your way (you may only see us when coming and going as we share the same area for our Vehicles).
