This stunning penthouse apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with views over one of the swimming pools and the gardens of this immaculately maintained development. There are 4 other pools in addition (one of which is heated), and the beach and Mediterranean Sea are only a few minutes (level) stroll away.The apartment itself is spacious and contemporary, and is ideal either for relaxing holidays, or as a base to explore Andalusia and the Costa del Sol . Puerto Banus is five minutes away . Marbella is ten minutes away and Estapona fifteen minutes away . This is a beautiful property and is ideally situated for families, groups and golfers alike. Parking is available outside the apartment on the road that runs around the complex . The en suite to the master bedroom has a spacious walk in shower and the second bathroom has a shower in the bath . There is a sofa bed in the spacious lounge so it can sleep 6 people . There is an open fire … The apartment has three terraces , one at the front of the property , one on the back overlooking a swimming pool and a spacious roof terrace all with seating available . There are ample bars and restaurants within walking distance and the beach , which is a few minutes walk away , benefits from two lovely beach restaurants .
