4 double bed 3 bathroom 2 en-suite, Detached Villa in Heart of Andulucia a/c all rooms, , Conservatory , Private not overlooked, with Mountain views. heated Pool June to sept, all facilities supermarket and 2 tapas bars in village 4 mins walk , 25 minutes from inland lake with swimming beach restaurant and Lido and water sports.
Torremolinous 40 mins water park , Granada and Cordoba 50 mins drive, Seville 2 hours. or take it easy and go by high speed train, station 30 mins from villa at Antequera
45 Mins Malaga Town and Airport A92 motorway. easy drive
Full Satellite Sports BBC ITV channels , Wifi

Summary: Stayed in tons of villas and never been more torn on a stay before (or given only 3 stars). On the plus side, the rooms are a good size, the kitchen is huge and has everything you can hope for. The air con works well. The views are amazing. The TV package is excellent. On the down side, the owner lives in the basement! Never had this before and definitely something that people should know. He did pop up to check the pool a few times, including once while my 12 year old daughter was changing which upset her. I have no issue with owners visiting to check things, but it should be announced - not just appear by the poolside while everyone is using it (with very little on) via his staircase. Doesn’t feel private. The Rattan furniture that looks so impressive in the photos is completely ruined and should be binned - the corner Rattan is being held together with brown tape all round the top (and that is coming off!). The sun loungers are literally falling to pieces. We picked this villa due to the 2 tapas bars within walking distance - both of these have closed. Whilst I understand this is not the owners fault, it is his responsibility to keep his listing up to date and remove this inaccuracy. Checking out was unpleasant too - we were asked if we could check out early as the cleaner was coming (which we agreed to). Then the owner just again came into the house while we were gathering our things and loading the car. In our rush we forgot 1 bin bag and got a rude text from him!
