Whether you're here to visit the many fantastic local wineries, explore the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum or take in a game at Linfield University this is the perfect Northwest Oregon retreat. Natural sunlight floods the spacious interior with modern decor and the tranquil outdoor area with a patio is perfect for family and friend gatherings.

The space
Our three bedroom, two bathroom is a stand-alone home in historic downtown McMinnville, the gateway to Oregon's wine country. A complete renovation in 2021 kept the vintage charm while adding modern, upscale fixtures and finishes, resulting in a luxuriously cozy space.
Enjoy a best-of-all worlds location: easily walk to downtown tasting rooms, shops and restaurants, drive just 10-20 mins to the region's best wineries, and return home to relax and enjoy a movie inside or take in the sunset from the back patio sofa.
At 1800 square feet, the home has plenty of room and is the perfect fit for a family, three couples or six adults. Our home is charming with many original features, refinished wood floors, cute niches, multiple large windows in every room and two sets of french doors allow for lots of natural light and a feeling of openness.
The gourmet kitchen is beautifully remodeled with modern tile and brand-new everything, including stainless Beko appliances. It is well stocked with Caphalon cookware, serving dishes and plenty of wine glasses to entertain and create lasting memories while sharing a meal. The kitchen leads into a full dining room with seating for ten guests. For a smaller dining experience there is a nook with seating for four that leads into a cozy living room with two full size down sofas and two upholstered chairs. The flat screen TV is equipped with Roku for streaming via your own subscriptions. Board games, cards and puzzles are available.
The large bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king size bed with an amazingly comfortable medium-firm memory foam mattress, luxe 100% cotton sheets, a plush duvet and four pillows of varying firmness. A walk in closet and a vintage dresser will hold all your things. There is a comfortable chaise lounge for reading, a television and small desk and office chair as well. The en suite bathroom has been completely redone with a beautifully tiled shower and marble-topped wood vanity. A skylight above adds natural light while maintaining privacy. Ultra-fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and full-size hair dryer are available.
The home offers two more large bedrooms with queen size beds with amazingly comfortable medium-firm memory foam mattress, luxe 100% cotton sheets, a plush duvet and four pillows of varying firmness. One of the bedrooms has an additional desk and chair and the other bedroom has french doors leading out to the beautiful deck.
The second bathroom has been completely redone with a beautifully tiled shower, floor and marble-topped wood vanity with double sink. Ultra-fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and full-size hair dryer are available.
There is a small sitting area off the dining room with with a comfy modern chair and a full size sofa with double bed pullout and french doors leading to the patio. We come from a family of artists and the room boasts a beautiful painting my husband's brother painted in Chiapas several years ago.
Outside, the beautifully landscaped back patio/deck is very private, fully fenced and has a Weber natural gas grill, outdoor dining table for eight and multiple seating areas with comfortable outdoor sofa, Adirondack chairs and benches. Parking for three cars in the carport/driveway is available.
A full size washer and dryer are available (iron and ironing board included).
