***The pool and hot tub are cleaned and maintained weekly. However, should something beyond our control cause the pool or hot tub to be out of service, no refunds will be given.***
***We have a long-term tenant who lives in the apartment connected to the garage. This unit has a separate entrance, parking spot, and living space. They do not have access to the backyard spaces - these are reserved for you. This includes access to the swimming pool, hot tub, grass area, patio, and bbq.***
