Summary: I stayed in one of West Home’s units in Midtown Atlanta for a month and I am beyond pleased with my experience. Not only was I blown away by the sheer quality of the residence but I was even more impressed with how seamless the service was. Any time I had a question or concern I was NEVER left waiting for an answer. The staff was so kind and considerate when it came to getting back to me. In the past with other rental experiences I’ve been less than satisfied with responses to my concerns but that definitely was never the case with West Home. Even late at night when I reached out, I was always met with kindness and help from any one of their staff members. To anyone looking for an experience that allows you to pay attention to the things that matter during your stay instead of being distracted by complications with your VRBO rental, West Home is for you. Beautiful appliances, quality furniture, and most importantly, immaculate service. Look no further!
