Welcome to my home! Mid-century and plant filled stylish apartment nestled between trendy Camberwell and Peckham. Perfectly situated to enjoy the many delights of both, plus an easy bus ride to away to the sights around Central London.
- The apartment is located in a 1970s apartment block. I have lived here for 8 years and it is really my home. The apartment has recently been renovated to a high standard and is in great condition.
- Soft Farrow and Ball tones throughout, very comfy beds, soft linens and lots of towels.
- It is very warm, cosy and a great place to relax after a hectic day in London! It is a very quiet block and on a cul-de-sac so surprisingly for London you hear very little traffic!
- One bedroom has a super king size bed, and other a king size bed.
- Large fully equipped kitchen with double oven, lots of utensils, pots/pans and gadgets you can use to cook up a feast!
- I love to cook and there are lots of herbs, spices, oils, sauces, store cupboard essentials which I welcome you to use whilst here. If you do finish anything, please do let me know so I can replenish the stocks.
- There is a one bathroom with a bath/shower upstairs, and a second downstairs toilet.
- A large sitting room with lots of plants and a huge sofa for relaxing on!
- The internet is super fast (400 MBp/s), direct fibre into home.
- There is a large patio out the back, currently no plants as I am going to redo it this coming summer, but it’s still a nice space to go outside in when it’s not too cold.
- Strictly no parties or events. Quiet hours between 10 pm-7 am, any noise will be swiftly reported by neighbours to the host and council and dealt with.
