Superb 2-bedroom flat with unobstructed, partial view of the Eiffel Tower. Extremely well located in the heart of the 16th arrondissement and close to the capital's most beautiful sites. In a modern building, decorated with taste, very bright, warm and fully equipped, you can combine cultural visits and shopping. My flat is ideal for a successful stay in Paris with family or friends.

The 16th arrondissement is very pleasant, both lively and residential. It provides easy access to many of Paris's landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower, which is just 8 minutes away by bike, and the quays of the Seine, which make for a very pleasant stroll. You're close to the Invalides, the Place du Trocadéro and the Ecole Militaire....
You'll feel right at home thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and security.
Neighbourhood life is second to none, with a multitude of typically Parisian cafés, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, cinemas, parks and green spaces. The Beaugrenelle shopping centre is a must for shoppers, just a 9-minute walk away.
Near the flat, I recommend one of the best Italian restaurants, Alfredo Positano at 7 bis rue de Boulainvilliers, or Daroco on the corner a few metres further down the street.
