The new owners of this lovely home have thought of every attention to detail while readying it for vacationers. The ground floor gives you a bunk room, family room with TV and sleep sofa and laundry area. Up on the main floor, you'll find the kitchen/living/dining areas as well as a full bath and bedroom. Access to the deck and both screen porches is from this floor. Up on the top floor is the loft with murphy bed and a bedroom with it's own private full bath. The two screen porches offer plenty of space for gathering or slipping away by yourself for some quiet solitude. The screen porch on the back of the house even boasts comfy seating and a TV for those late night movie-thons with a big bowl of popcorn. A fire table will add charm and take the chill off as you share your funny stories or ghost tales in the evening. There are split A/C units in the main floor living area, main floor bedroom and top floor bedroom. The ground level stays quite cool, being partially below-grade. The TVs are smart TVs for guests to use their own streaming accounts. Imagine waking up and having your breakfast on the screen porch then meandering over to the beach for a morning of fun before coming back to grill some burgers and dogs to fuel up for your afternoon adventures. PLEASE NOTE: As of 2022, the Suissevale Association no longer allows tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State’s Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State’s Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday.
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $200. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
