Serene paradise in the North West Woods of East Hampton. Near Sammy's Beach (fantastic sunsets) and Three Miles Harbor (kayaking, paddle boarding). Perfect area for bikers.
Very private 1,5 acre lot at the end of a cul de sac property. The property has an over sized (40 x 24) heated pool surrounded, a spa for 7, a huge deck with plenty of seating and benches plus matured landscaping.
House is a traditional saltbox, newly renovated. Modern interior, custom made kitchen. Ideal for cooking and entertaining. Kitchen is fully equipped. There are sheets, towels and beach towels as well as 5 bicycles,

Summary: This secluded property is heavenly. Personally, I always look for accessibility. The house has two bedrooms and one bath on first floor which is excellent. The other bedrooms are up steep stairs. The entry was quite challenging. Pool is super. The kitchen is well equipped to cook just about anything. This home would be great for families.
