Spectacular view over the golf court and mountains from the patio. Open concept floor plan great for entertaining. Dining seating for 16. Upscale furniture, media wall with TV, and fireplace. Granite counter tops. Fully stocked kitchen Two-car garage and GOLF CART. The house is equipped with 4 flat screen television sets, Direct TV satellite service , wi-fi i and internet. Utilities such as gas, water, sewer, garbage, internet, and satellite TV as well as landscape maintenance are included in the rent. A large shaded patio holds a propane BBQ grill and seating for 10. The yard, landscaped with orange/lemon/mandarine trees, palm trees, shrubs, and desert plants is watered year around by an automatic drip irrigation system. Sun City Grand is an adult retirement community with four 18 hole championship golf courses designed by the late Billy Casper: Granite Falls North, Granite Falls South, Desert Springs, and Cimarron. It also includes tennis courts, workout centers, swimming pools, restaurants etc…Our house is located a five minutes drive to the Adobe Recreation Center which has 3 swimming pools, a workout facility, indoor walking track, yoga room… It hosts activities such as bridge, tennis, clubs, and the Sonoran Center with music and drama performances. Renters can also use the Cimarron Recreation Center which is also a 5 minute drive from the house with pools, workout center, massage, tennis etc... Renters have access to the amenities and golf courses by paying a one-time supplemental fee of $125 per person to the Home Owners Association (HOA). Surprise Stadium, minutes away, is the spring training facility for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers.
