Surrounded by forest and with six bedrooms (2 kings, 2 Queens, 1 Double, 1 with pair of twin bunk beds, and even 1 pull-out sofa bed) it is ideal for families reuniting or groups of couples who want quiet surroundings. There are three separate living areas ( a large formal living room with 2 fireplaces, a cozy TV room off the kitchen, and a large TV/ping pong/play room in the basement) which means that there is room for a rousing group board game, but individuals can still find a cozy corner to curl up in front of a fire with a book or a movie.
For those interested in a bit more activity, hiking abounds in the area; in fact, you can walk out the front door for an easy 45 minute hike to Stewart Falls, or you could conquer Mt. Timpanogos (at 11,752, it is the second highest mountain in Utah's Wasatch Range). Also Robert Redford's Sundance Resort & Spa (with mountain biking, zip lining, yoga, massages, and summer theater) is just a 5 minute drive down the road, the Provo River with river rafting and world-class fly fishing is 15 minutes away, 2 Soldier Hollow Golf courses are 25 minutes away in Midway City, and Park City is a mere 45 minute drive northeast.
