Positive: The location is okay but not really reputable. Parking is on the street in front of the building. The host is cooperative (the same building, a few floors downstairs). The contact is on the phone (not responsive on WhatsApp). The TV and channels are good. The working space on a folding table was useful, but power had to be used from the kitchen. The mall is within walking distance. Electrical boiler was sufficient for one.
Negative: It's relatively small, but OK. A clean sheet could have been provided under the blanket, which did not look very clean. The view from the 6th floor is good, but it's on a construction site. The shower curtain does not ensure that the bathroom is not wet.
Summary: Good price/performance for one
