Bring your family and friends to this spacious, two bedroom + two bath house in the desert! Walking distance to mineral water pools and spas, desert hikes and stunning mountain views.
This brand new desert vacation home is in pristine condition! A perfect home for a relaxing getaway to enjoy the peace of the desert or an active vacation! This home is open and spacious-- perfect for a small group of family and friends to enjoy quality time at this mineral water resort.
The house has hardwood floors throughout and brand new appliances. The living space is open for cooking, dining and lounging. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and every cooking appliance you might need. Off the dining area is a laundry space with washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, large closet and sliding doors to the back patio. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and additional bathroom in the hall. The living room couch is also a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
The home is fully stocked with pool towels, tennis and pickle ball equipment and pool toys so you can fully enjoy your vacation in the desert without ever leaving the resort.
The driveway parks two cars with additional parking at the clubhouse, walking distance from the home.
PETS:
One pet allowed with $50 pet fee. There are two lovely dog parks at the resort and plenty of hiking and walking trails.
RESORT:
Sky Valley Resort is the desert's best kept secret. Tiny houses and mid century style manufactured homes meander around the lakes and trails. There are 13 natural mineral pools in addition to hiking trails, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts. There is even a farmer's market every Wednesday and a little market + cafe at the clubhouse.
LOCATION:
30 minutes from Palm Springs, 1 hour from Joshua Tree and 15 minutes from Coachella Valley Nature Preserve. You will feel the peace of being away from the world in the desert but can easily make day trips or go to the store for essentials. The resort has a market cafe at the west side clubhouse and instacart delivers to your front door from Vons.
