New and spacious with constant ocean breezes and incredible light, Sunrise Cottage is a 1000sf condominium with space that offers all of the comfort and amenities of a house. Ocean and bay beaches are nearby. Hike in the dunes of the Outer Cape or stroll and shop in Provincetown, two miles down the road. Our cottage offers ample room for everyone to stretch out. The unit offers washer/dryer, comfortable and quiet central a/c and all of the modern features that you can find only in a new property. Have the time of your life!
Sunrise Cottages are brand new and offer some of the most spacious accommodations on Beach Point in North Truro along with the ease and comfort that comes with a brand new property. The view over Pilgrim Lake and the dunes beyond is breathtaking. The shuttle bus to Provincetown stops right at the property and runs frequently during vacation season. The most beautiful beaches that you will find anywhere are just minutes away and a bayside public beach is a short distance down the road.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying here. It is probably the most fully equipped VRBO rental we have ever stayed in! It was also super clean! The house was larger than expected and the five of us (four adults, one toddler) had plenty of room. This property is very close to both the local beaches and the National Seashore beaches, which we loved. The hosts are amazing people and were willing to help us out with restaurant recommendations, etc. The only downside is that the property is located between Route 6 and is on Route 6A - so there's a steady stream of traffic. The proximity to the beaches and attractions, the great property and the amazing hosts made up for it, though!
