The space
Double Bedroom
One double bedroom with a built-in mirrored wardrobe (with plenty of clothes hangers), a lovely comfortable double bed with bedding, pillows, some cushions and a throw, two bedside drawers and a set of three-drawers. Bath and hand towels will be kept in the wardrobe for your use.
Living room
A spacious room offering comfort and style with an occasional sunset view.
If you like an eclectic-feel then you'll love this room. We've collected some lovely pieces of mid-century furniture mixed with some modern interiors.
A dining drop-leaf table with washable tablecloth. The table folds out to double the size. Two fold away chairs with cushions.
A leather sofa and foot stool for lounging, a lovely mid-century-style reading chair, coffee table on wheels, nest of tables and side unit which has various books, playing cards and some other nicnacs. A large 42" inch tv which offers free view.

Kitchen
A galley-style kitchen offering everything you need for cooking or making a cuppa.
Appliances available in the kitchen
A gas cooker with oven, washer/dryer, dish washer, fridge with separate freezer compartment, kettle, 4-way toaster, a wee smoothie blender, microwave, all crockery, cutlery, utensils, chopping boards along with salt and pepper and tea, sugar and coffee.
Bathroom
A compact bathroom with gas mains powered shower over bath. A large wall mounted mirror, some glass shelving and a bin. Toilet roll and soap will be available.
Storage
We have a lot of storage available. One large cupboard for hanging jackets, umbrellas, bags etc. There is also a small utility room which will have an ironing board with iron, mop/bucket, dust pan and brush, and some shelving. The gas boiler is also located in this room.
There is also shoe storage near the front door. We do ask that any dirty shoes are left outside if wet; or cleaned outside and brought in and put in the shoe storage or in the hallway cupboard or in the shoe storage behind the front door. Most of the carpets are newly fitted so we are trying to avoid getting them too dirty :-)
Guest access
Due to COVID restrictions, the keys will be left in the key safe for guests to check in and out a they please.
