Royal Estes is a 5 bed three 3 bath canal front home in City by the Sea. There are multiple patio and decks that over look the water with plenty of seating areas. Enjoy cool breezes off the water in the summertime and warm up by the fire pit in the winter. This home has its own private dock for you to secure your boat and fish cleaning station making this the perfect place for any fisherman or fisherwoman. (Please note that use of the boat lift is prohibited.) The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds, The 4th bedroom is located downstairs has 2 full size beds, plus a futon and the 5th bedroom located downstairs has a king size bed. There is additional sleeping in the living room on 2 pull out sofas and a futon. 4 bedrooms have flat screen cable TV and a flat screen TV in the living room. NOW WITH WIRELESS INTERNET! Large groups will be comfortable in the spacious living room with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. The dining room table seats up to 8 people and the kitchen table seats another 5. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and everything you necessary for all your cooking needs. All linens and towels will also be provided for you! There's also a cute bar area upstairs and a covered patio to enjoy the view down the canal. Kids will enjoy the games and movies and fishing from the backyard! Parking is limited to 5 vehicles please. This house is also a short drive away from the Rockport Beach and Little Bay. Little Bay is a fascinating birding spot with many protected areas for spotting. Rockport Beach is a fun and affordable way to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. There are picnic tables and grills that you can set up at for the perfect beach experience. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Also Port Aransas is only about a 20 minute drive away! You can enjoy more fishing, more food, and more beach on the island.
