Avignon is 45 minutes and Aix en Provence and Marseille 1 hour.
Surrounded by a plot of 55 acres, the farmhouse has a courtyard shaded by a hundred-year-old plane tree, a fully enclosed garden, a pool with poolhouse and a petanque.
The main building comprises on the ground floor a hall with toilet and washbasin, a living room of 50 m², dining room of 21 m² and a kitchen.
