Summary: The bed needs to be replaced as it was sagging, and my back hurt. The toilet looked like it may not have been properly cleaned. It wasn’t horrible, but it did look like it could’ve been done a little better. The staff at the desk do their job, but they could do it with a smile which they don’t. There were towels missing in my room and I had to ask for them and the phone did not contact the desk. I called four times and let it ring like 30 times and no one ever answered. I’ve been to this hotel about four times. The first time was excellent, but the last three have been mediocre. A previous room that I stayed at, had no air conditioning working. This time the air-conditioning was perfect. There is free parking, which is always a bonus. This is an old hotel but for the most part it’s decent. They just need to be a little bit more pleasant and make sure the rooms are cleaned properly and to replace bad beds. I would still come back, for what I paid. But I would not like to pay any more than that, as there’s probably more newer options for that kind of money.
