This nearly new gated community one story 3 bedroom 2 bath with a separate office is s a great place to call home in the metro Phoenix area. New furniture, tv's and more this home is new to the short term rental family of homes. Step inside and the private office with Fiber WI FI connection for super fast speeds is on the right. Enter into the spacious great room with electric fireplace, open concept kitchen and dining area. The massive breakfast bar is perfect for entertaining and extra seating to watch the game on the 55" Smartv with cable. The bedrooms are split in this home for ultimate privacy. The master is in the rear of the home with complete with a king bed, spa like bath with large walk in shower and walk in closet. Double sinks and plenty of storage are also features of the master bath. The master has a Smartv for catching a movie from bed. The 2nd and third bedrooms share the second bath with a tub and shower combo. All mattresses are new with cool gel technology. Outside find dining for 4 on the covered patio with a large gas grill to cook your favorite meals on. Under the Arizona skies enjoy the fire pit for evenings with family and friends. The home includes a 2 car garage. Inside laundry room rounds out the fine living in this home away from home. This will book fast.

Summary: My suggestion is to have printed information in the house. ie: tv instructions, garbage day, WiFi instructions, checkout instructions, restaurants in the area? I think future guests would find this helpful.
