Copano Breeze is located in a small complex with 8 units perched on a grassy hill overlooking Copano Bay. Special features of the condos include a 300 ft lighted fishing pier and a bay side swimming pool.
Copano Breeze is a downstairs unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room and master bedroom both have unobstructed views of Copano Bay. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin size beds.The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining and there is a gas BBQ grill out back. Step out the back door and take in the beautiful views of Copano Bay on your next trip to Rockport at Copano Breeze waterfront condo!

Miss Kitty's Fishing Getaways has a zero tolerance policy in effect for the maximum occupancy numbers set for each home. These numbers are set by the owners and are specific to each home, and include both adults and children ages two and up. Anyone found in violation of this policy is subject to immediate removal from the rental home, and forfeiture of all monies paid. If you have a change in plans that includes an increase to the number of people in your party, please contact our office directly.
VISITORS AND PARTIES - Renters are not allowed to invite guests to the rental homes for parties, BBQs, weddings, or for use of the facilities if it is going to put you over the maximum occupancy limits. The house and its amenities are strictly for the use of the renters. If you want to have a gathering with people other than in your rental group you will need to make arrangements to do so at a public place or meeting facility.
CONDUCT - Rental homes are located in neighborhoods. Occupancy and use of premises should not disturb or offend neighbors or residents by means of parties, excessive noise, obnoxious behavior, excessive speeding through neighborhoods, discharge of fireworks, or any other noise-inducing mechanisms. Agents reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and evict Guests with no refund or rebate who engage in these behaviors. Quiet time is 10:00 on weekdays and 11:00 on weekends.
