Fully furnished with complete kitchen and hardwood bamboo floors. Enjoy the fresh ocean air on the outdoor deck furnished with table and chairs for dining.
Separate master bedroom, lots of storage and closet space. Full bathroom with shower/bath tub. Cal king bed (new mattress) and 51 inch flat screen TV, cable and DVD player. Free WIFI. Perfect for couples visiting UCSB and Santa Barbara visitors.
10 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara, 5 minutes to UCSB or the beach. Perfect location: Quiet, safe residential neighborhood- walk to shops and restaurants (Starbucks, Trader Joes and Outback), the park, tennis courts, movie theater, etc. This is a wonderful alternative to a cramped hotel room if you plan on visiting UCSB, Santa Barbara or Goleta!
No smokers please and must be over 25 yrs old to make reservation.
We also recommend guests with only one car.
