Welcome all travelers of space and time!
The Tardis is a bright and spacious garden level apartment in the historic Montclair neighborhood. Conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown, the Convention Center, the National Western Complex, and Anschutz Hospital. Getting around town is simple with public transportation a block away. Getting out of town is also easy with direct access to the highway for quick trips to the mountains or the airport (25 min). Not a Doctor Who fan? Not a problem! You can still time travel while relaxing in this recently updated 60’s inspired pad.
With a new mid-mod design and 1200 sqft. open concept floorplan, the Tardis is truly big on the inside! It has two bedrooms with queen size beds, updated closets, and large windows. The apartment has many amenities including a new full kitchen with a dishwasher and full size fridge/oven, and an in-unit laundry facility. The open main living space has a living room, dining area, and work space. For optimal temperature control, there is an A/C unit and electric fireplace in addition to the central air. There is a smart TV and a sound bar for at home entertainment. The Tardis has plenty of storage in the large coat closet and a utility closet for oversized items (like bikes/outdoor gear). All pets are welcome! There is a $50 fee for pet guests. Please register your pets in the reservation to make sure the fee is applied.
The Tardis has a private entrance, two dedicated off-street tandem parking spots, and a private fenced in dog run for K9 units with gated access to the shared backyard. The large back patio has a grill, dining table, lounge area, and a gas fire pit.
