Bathroom renovated in December 2018: with new shower cabin and sink.
Electric barbecue on the terrace with garden furniture,

Very well equipped also for winter (high-performance radiator in the living room + heated towel rail in the bathroom + radiator in the bedroom)
Sliding bay and solar roller shutter from January 2019.
No smoking and no pets.
A deposit of € 300.00 will be requested by check upon arrival as well as the tourist tax of € 3.00 / person / day for those over 18 years of age.

Summary: This apartment is an ideal base to holiday in the Banyuls - sur Mer region, situated in a quiet complex. Whilst basic, it was clean and had everything we needed. The view is stunning - the picture linked to the property does not lie, and the area is popular with beach goers, and is perfect if you enjoy marine sports, such as jet skiing, There are lots of bars & restaurants, and so you should find one to suit your taste & budget. The area is close to Spain, so is ideal for popping across to Barcelona for the day and other tourist attractions. The only issue we had, was the couch in the lounge area was not comfortable to relax on in the evening, We would consider visiting the location again,
