Floor 1 - Guest room suite on floor 1, located in one of the most coveted State Thomas neighborhood in Uptown Dallas. Private attached full bath. Access to common areas i.e. living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer access. Plenty of parking spaces available in nearby streets. No contact check in with a dial-pad code. Entry to room from state street.
Room Furnishings include: Queen bed, High-quality mattress, 43” 4K Smart TV with Apple AirPlay, Study desk, Desk chair, Wardrobe, Luggage Closet, Laundry Basket, Mini Beverage Fridge, Dark Blinds, and Night stands. Netflix, Prime, and Youtube access. Ideal for long and short term stays.
Floor 2 - You will have access to common areas i.e. living room and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. 65" TV with surround system, gas powered fireplace, dining table, and couch.

Summary: The host was incredibly accommodating. I knew nothing about the area and he provided me a list of great recommendations that I enjoyed. I really got a feel for the neighborhood and signed an apartment nearby. I would stay again.
