It offers 2 bedrooms, 7 beds & can sleep 8 Adults. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, laundry, Bunk/Rec-room with ping-pong table & an open living/dining area with wonderful lake views. Outside you'll find a deck with eating area and grill, fire pit, spacious yard, beach, outdoor games, kayaks & don't forget the Hot Tub! The Cottage is also PET FRIENDLY!

The Blue Perch Cottage is located on beautiful ALL-Sports Pettibone Lake and has been designed hoping to bring friends and family together for a restful, worry-free vacation that will create fun, relaxing memories! While cozy and bright, we maintained the original charm of the cottage- which adds to the "Up at the Lake" experience! There is tons of natural light with stunning lake and sunset views, some of the best on the lake.
The cottage is just above 1200sf and can comfortably sleep up to 8 Adults. The bedrooms all have comfortable mattresses, linens, plenty of pillows and blankets, and full mirrors to help with the traffic of the bathroom. In the Winter months, the basement tends to be on the cooler side due to all the windows so there are extra blankets stored in the closets.
You’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with towels/beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash & lotion. Full laundry is available along with a few supplies for your pets and your little ones including: high chair, pack-n-play/sheets, toys/books and outdoor toys. And you’ll find all the campfire utensils needed to make s’mores, hotdogs or Hobo Pies!
Outside you can enjoy the NEW beachfront and any of the 4 kayaks, paddleboat or one of the many outdoor games. The yard has plenty of room for any activity or game for you or your 4-legged friends to run around in. There is a great eating and lounging area on the deck overlooking the lake with a grill and all the supplies you should need to BBQ. Relax and enjoy the Hot Tub as you watch the sun set.

Pettibone Lake is a 44 acre, ALL Sports lake that warms up quickly during the summer and well into the Fall. It is great for swimming, fishing, boating, tubing, wakeboarding, kayaking, etc. There is also a sandbar that is enjoyed by both locals and renters all Summer long that you can boat or kayak to and just float and hang out at.
In the FALL: The Blue Perch Cottage is surrounded by all the beautiful colors Northern Michigan has to offer. With Traverse City only a little over an hour drive, you can easily day trip to the Wineries and restaurants or just drive around and enjoy the scenic views. It is also very close to Federal Forest Land for hunting season!
In the WINTER: you can enjoy ice fishing, the many local snowmobile trails or Ski resorts the area has to offer. Caberfae Peaks is a 45 minute drive and there are other options near the Traverse City area as well. Or you can just enjoy your evenings in the Hot Tub surrounded by the peaceful quiet of a white winter!
Additional House Rules:
1. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. There is a $50 fee per stay.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outdoors.
-Please pick up after your pets. Waste bags are provided. A fee may apply if excessive dog waste is picked up after check out.
2. NO PARTIES. We have wonderful neighbors who live full time on the lake- we like to be respectful to all homeowners and expect the same from our guests.
3. NO FIREWORKS.
4. NO Street parking.
5. There is a Welcome Book upon arrival with any additional rules regarding Hot Tub use, Pets, Trash and Pettibone Lake Rules.
