The entrance boasts a feature stone alcove leading through to the spacious yet cosy lounge/kitchen/diner with its electric wood burning effect stove, fully fitted kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, eye level microwave, integrated fridge freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The main bedroom sleeps two and has a super king size bed which is zip and link and can be converted to twin beds on request. The large feature window with window seat looks out onto the grade 1 listed former Manor House Seaton Home. Bedroom two accommodates two persons and has a cosy double bed. The family shower room boasts an illuminated feature ancient door. There is also a separate cloakroom for your convenience.
Outside there is a private car park and garden for the use of guests.
The Tithe Barn was originally built by the Prince Bishops of Durham as a retreat.
