Private carriage house shares 10 acres with the main house. It is surrounded by trees and only visible by the main house and the abundant wildlife. The house includes a large sleeping area upstairs with a queen sized bed, twin over full bunk bed, electric fireplace, smart tv with Netflix included and a giant Lovesac beanbag to watch it from. There's also a kid-friendly nook accessible by rock climbing wall, plenty of board games, toys, and Nerf guns. Downstairs, there's a pool table, a small kitchen, two tall tables, each with 4 stools, as well as a sled, snowshoes, and other necessities for enjoying the outdoors. With a balcony, private front porch and courtyard, there's plenty of solitude. It is 15 minutes from the quaint town of Nederland, 20 minutes to Eldora for skiing and 20 minutes to the Casinos in Black Hawk for a bit of night life. Please note:There is only enough parking for one vehicle (4wd required in winter).
