Summary: When we arrived they didn’t even know that we were coming even though I booked last September 2024. We had to switch rooms instantly because the door was broken, air not working and room smelled like mold. Property had no management or person available after 5 PM. We checked out on Saturday at 8 am and no one was there. Literally place had nowhere to charge phones or iPad. Room did not have coffee machine or a box of tissues. Every door in every room we stayed needed to be repaired because there were air gaps and flies and mosquitoes were entering the room. Rooms need major updates and repairs. I felt like I was in a college dorm room. The web sight is misleading. We thought we were getting a cottage and got an old outdated hotel room. Vacationers beware of this property.
