Three bedroom town house in a fabulous location - almost on the banks of the River Stour, just 10 minutes walk into Christchurch Town or Quay, 5 minutes walk to The Captains Club restaurant and spa, 5 minutes drive to Southbourne beach, 10 minutes drive to Mudeford Beach and 5 minutes drive to Hengistbury Head. And there's even more to explore locally in Hampshire and Dorset.
Entrance hall leading to kitchen / dining area with door to the pretty rear garden. Fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge / freezer (70/30), microwave and washer / dryer. Ground floor bedroom (standard 4ft 6ins double bed). Stairs to first floor cosy living room with flat screen 42 inch Smart TV including Netflix, Amazon Prime and Amazon Prime Stick. Family bathroom (bath with separate walk-in large shower, sink and toilet). Stairs to second floor and two further bedrooms - master bedroom (standard 4ft 6ins double bed) with en-suite shower room (shower, sink and toilet), fitted wardrobe and dressing table. Twin bedroom (2x 2ft 6ins single beds) with fitted wardrobe. To the rear is a pretty garden with raised beds, patio and lawn - a great spot for alfresco dining after a busy day on the beach.
Parking - One allocated parking space and further visitor space for 1 car (first-come-first-served).
