Positive: The central location. The proximity to car park and the interior decor.
Negative: The traffic noise and the upstairs neighbours washing machine going at one in the morning. Also the dishes and mugs were not particularly clean. Had to wash everything before use. The hot water tap in bathroom was very stiff and difficult to turn. I really struggled, my husband has arthritis and couldn't turn it at all.
