You've discovered a hidden gem of a home to stay at within Nampa Idaho. Located conveniently right off of Second Street, you are about 5 minutes away from the Nampa Municipal Airport and the well known Centennial and Ridgecrest Golf Courses.
Upon hassle free entrance of the one level cottage feeling home with a door code, you'll find our bright blue front door and walk into a double entryway where you can hang your hat and sit down to take your shoes off by our favorite little lemon tree. Just beyond the entryway room you'll step into the main living spaces that include a living room with an oversized sectional with a mounted smart TV, a dining room table with seating for 6 and a beautifully updated kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with cooking necessities such as pots and pans, cooking and dining utensils, a teapot, serving dishes, mixing bowls, tupperware, new fridge/freezer, stove/oven and microwave appliances, a Keurig machine, plates, cups, mugs & bowls.
This cozy space has undergone a recent transformation with updates to the interior paint, flooring, kitchen cabinets and countertops, bright updated lighting and fixtures and all brand new furniture. Within the two different bedrooms at the front and back of the home you're guaranteed to enjoy a night of the highest comfort as you sleep on luxurious, top of the line gel infused memory foam mattresses with soft comforters, pillows and blankets. The bathroom is stocked with fresh white towels and complimentary bathroom necessities including showering supplies, toilet paper and a hair dryer. You'll enjoy tasteful touches of décor and splashes of feel good blue and vibrant yellow colors around the home added in by our professional decorator.
The layout of bedrooms includes:
1 bedroom with one queen over queen sized bunk bed and dresser with a closet,
1 master bedroom with a king sized bed, 2 nightstands and a closet with an attached lounge room with a couch, smart tv and coffee table.
The home has it's own open laundry room located beyond the kitchen with a new washer and dryer available for the use of our guests. We've included a pack and play and a queen sized air mattress to the house to ensure the convenience of additional sleeping accommodations if needed.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.
Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below
Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
