The home is NEWLY REMODELED that features new laminate flooring throughout the home, New bathrooms, sink, shower, tub and kitchen.
The home also has central AC/heat and high-speed internet (WIFI). This home has a full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, coffee pot, cooking ware, cups, plates and utensils. There is also a fire stick TV with Channels, please log in to your amazon, or Netflix to use.

The driveway is the designed parking space which fits 2-3 cars.
Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. No Smoking permitted inside the house at all.
