Each home sleeps 10 people. If you have a larger party of 20 or 30, we can combine the two or three adjacent homes to accommodate your needs. We do accept events with a maximum of 30 people per home. Please inquire directly about the daily event rate. Two properties feature an intimate theater suitable for screenings or sports events, complemented by amenities such as a saltwater pool, jacuzzi, and a panoramic rooftop deck.
