Summary: Valet returned my Tesla with a beverage spilled and dried to my white passenger seat after I just paid to detail the car before this trip. When I pointed it out to front desk she did immediately refund ONE day of parking however my vehicle should not have had anyone drinking in it and that beverage sat there stinking up my car for 2 fill days. Hotel room fridge was not cleaned out and a previous guests leftovers were still in it. I was told someone from management would call me to discuss but nobody did. The mattress in the room is old and outdated and did not measure up to my expectation for this type of hotel.
