The Honeybee's Nest is a contemporary design led home. A newly renovated space with three stylish bedrooms one of which is located in a mezzanine floor sleeping three.
Our contemporary home is a short 9 minute drive from Warner Bros Studio in Leavesden and a stone throw from 18 hole golf course, the Centurion Club.
A semi-rural location, the barn is perfectly suited for guests looking to venture out to eat or to explore the local pubs and sights.
Perfect for couples, small groups and families.
The barn has been tastefully designed to accommodate up to 7 guests. Two in each double bedroom one of which is an en suite and an additional three single beds on the mezzanine floor.
The stylish central living area boasts an array of luxury seating with beautiful dining area, The main seating area has a coffee table and 75 inch Samsung smart TV.
The open plan kitchen with large island looks onto the living area. This is fully equipped with everything you need to entertain (pots, pans, crockery and utensils). Appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother.
Property boasts a large garden with decking area.
We do not allow large parties or gatherings. However intimate events such as baby showers/private dinners will be considered on enquiry.
Guests will have full access to the property and garden .
It is easier to arrive via car, although there is a local train station , this is Apsley. Should you choose to travel by train, this would be around a 10 minute drive to the barn via Uber or taxi.
This is a self check-in property and you may be asked to kindly verify your identity before booking. Check-in is at 3.00 pm, however we are happy for you to arrive at the property anytime after the standard time.
There is step-free access to the property via the garden, however initial entry will be via the front which has one step up to the property. There is a double bedroom and bathroom located on the entrance floor.
Please note if keys are lost, a £50 charge will occur and an additional call out charge. if keys are locked in the property and not placed in the key safe upon check-out (or if you locked yourself out) a £50 charge and additional call out charge will occur.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If our team discover any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes etc.) we reserve the right to charge a minimum of £500 smoking fee to allow for specialist cleaning services. Guests are permitted to smoke in the garden, butts are not to be disposed of in the decking or on the grass. Cigarettes are to be stubbed out fully (not on the wood of the property or fence) and disposed of sensibly.
