Positive: A few advantages: good internet, good water pressure, good breakfast. The owner is very nice and always ready to provide information. He kindly allowed us a late checkout.
Negative: The furnishings are outdated, but still, good value for money. Also, the hotel is located a 20-25-minute walk from the port.
