Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was superb as we were attending a wedding at Wyresdale Park. The hotel had individuality as it appeared to be many old houses stuck together and none of the uniformity of purpose built hotels. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was on another level, hot, fresh with a various menu. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend The Priory.

Negative: The ‘only’ thing that could have been better was the size of the shower. The bathroom was big but there was the smallest corner shower.

Summary: A lovely hotel in the beautiful Lancashire countryside
