Private: garden with lawn, parking at the house. Grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 1 km, bus stop "Fachelich Turn" 1 km, sandy beach 2 km, rocky beach 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Ideal situation for walkers, 30 minutes walk to Solva and 1 hour from St Davids. It stands just off the A487 with a track leading directly to a rocky cove and a coastal path.
5-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Very comfortable and cosy furnishings: 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds.
