Negative: Extremely creaky floors that woke some of us up when someone went into the kitchen or when someone was walking in the upstairs bedroom. 13 stairs up to upstairs room and 13 stairs down to the downstairs room. Not easy for seniors.
Summary: Location was great for places we went. We enjoyed the outside decks and the hot tub
