Sanctuary point home is located in walking distance to shops, cafe, country club and the beautiful waters of St Georges Basin.
Perfect for families that like fishing, boating, kayaking, bush walking or just to relax.
Drive to the famous beaches of Jervis Bay, and also enjoy all the attractions that the bay has to offer.
There are 2 nearby boat ramps to launch your boat from so to enjoy the waterways of St Gearges Basin.

Bathroom internal with shower, hand basin and toilet
External laundry with extra toilet and shower.
Linen is provided and bath towels.

Summary: House is much bigger than it looks in photos. Very clean. Bonus was an extra shower and toilet in the laundry which wasn’t listed. Plenty of room for 7 adults.
