Welcome to the Sandy Seahorse!
This beautiful one-story home situated inside/East of Route 1 has quick and easy access to Lewes Beach or Cape Henlopen Beach. No need to fight Route 1 traffic on your way to and from the beach!
Located in the Villages of Five Points, one of Lewes’ most desirable communities, this home is directly across the street from the private pool and tennis and pickleball courts. It’s also just a several minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, a gourmet coffee shop and bakery, grocery store, and the Georgetown/Lewes bike trail, making it the perfect jumping off point for your vacation.
The home offers over 3,000 square feet of space with beautiful hardwood floors and a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need for your cooking needs. A new washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
The primary suite has a king bed and private bath with jacuzzi bathtub. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are also on this floor. The 4th bedroom, located in the finished basement, has a set of twin beds.
Two large family/living rooms with televisions provide for plenty of space for everyone to enjoy simultaneously. The downstairs recreational area features a 70-inch television, ping pong table, and arcade for your family’s enjoyment.
Relax in the shade after a day at the beach and pool on the back patio with the beautiful pergola overlooking a large and well-maintained yard, perfect for the kids to run and play.
A two-car garage and driveway allow for plenty of parking for your group.
This home is perfect for up to two families with children and comfortably sleeps up to 10.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
The property does not accept pets.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
