Summary: We booked for one night, last minute and found this real gem. The location is five minutes from the pier and is on a quiet side road a few yards from the sea front. Puba and restaurants were all within easy distance. We stayed in room 3 (partial sea view and a roll top bath). The room was lovely and the decor was really well thought out and we loved it. It certainly suited the whole feel of Brighton. The bed was really comfortable and we both had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very, very good. I would really recommend staying here. We are already planning a tip back and for more than just the one night.
