Family friendly, spacious, clean retreat just a short walk to the beach at beautiful Higgins Lake! Large lot with bonfire pit. Enjoy year ‘round recreation with nearby ORV and snowmobile trails as well as cross country skiing.
The Wayfarer provides plenty of space for families both inside and out. The home is situated on a double lot and affords privacy. There is a deck for outdoor dining or a place to enjoy your morning coffee.
Perfect layout for families! The primary suite features a queen size bed, half bath and access to the deck. The second bedroom has a full size and twin size bed. Bedroom three has bunk beds with a trundle to sleep 3.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, baking sheets and pans, individual waffle maker, basic spices and oil.
Entertainment: WiFi, 2 smart tvs (please use your logins), dvd players, assorted dvds, games and puzzles, small selection of children's toys.
