This stunning farm building conversion is ideal for those looking to get away from the rat race. Take your time and relax in the peaceful hamlet of Tughall Steads and if you would like to come and stay as a larger group, we have similar holiday cottages within close proximity (please enquire).
A few minutes away is the Northumberland Coast AONB, head north a little (no more that five minutes away by car), to the village Beadnell or slightly south, you will find Newton by the Sea, popular for dining and watersports! Popular places also nearby include Bamburgh with its famous castle and also the fishing village of Craster, popular for its smoked kippers.
Inside, an expansive kitchen and dining area is more than big enough for everyone. Beautifully decorated with light colours and natural wood design, the exposed beams hint at the property’s former use as part of a farm steading. Upstairs, designer wallpapers by Ralph Lauren and Conran have been applied, adding to the luxury feel. In keeping with the wood store theme of the cottage, a large wood burner makes a cosy focal point for the living room, complete with log basket.
