Summary: This property is more suited for 3 than 4, and scant in the linens department. That said, it is a completely charming and functional space with modern decor in a sweet old building. It is a quirky space because it is an old building, and residents should be prepared to use stairs. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are lots of good restaurant and grocery options in a wide range of budgetary options very nearby. Parking is on street but adequate. The kitchen is reasonably outfitted.
