C&N Country Estate is located on 28 acres that provide full privacy! You are 15 minutes away from the Kentucky Horse Park, 20 minutes away from Keeneland, & 25 minutes away from the Bluegrass Airport.

C&N Country Estate is the perfect place for friends and family to gather during holidays or special events! The two living rooms provide plenty of space for conversations, the luxurious kitchen will allow you to cook your favorite meals, the patios offer the perfect views of sunrises & sunsets, and there are plenty of bedrooms to get a good night's rest in.

This kitchen is a chef's dream! You will find it stocked with a complete set of Le Creuset cookware, 2 full sets of Wusthof Knives, a Breville toaster, the newest Keurig, & a Vitamix Blender. Everything you need & more is provided to make sure you can cook all of your favorite meals.
SLEEP
Getting a good night's rest is important, and that is why we chose the best mattresses & bedding we could find! The master bedroom is furnished with a large Samsung Frame TV & a king Saatva bed that is dressed with Brooklinen sheets. The remaining 4 bedrooms have queen Saatva beds that are all dressed with Brooklinen sheets.
OUTDOORS
If you've been to Kentucky, you know that the grass is blue & the sunsets are unlike any other sunset! Enjoy your mornings or evenings out on the spacious patios, upstairs & downstairs, to see the true beauty of Kentucky! You will see horses, deer, & other wildlife while staying on this farm. Take a walk down to the pond to catch some fresh air & see the beautiful landscape!

Summary: Everything about our stay was wonderful! The home is stunning both inside and out, with incredible views of rolling hills and a beautiful pond. Each bedroom has a newly updated, private bathroom and the comfiest beds! The kitchen is stocked with chef-grade appliances and cookware, beautiful dishware and all the utensils and serving pieces you could want. Each room throughout the home is simple, elegant and luxuriously decorated. They did not miss a single detail to make this feel like a 5 Star vacation home and experience. It is the perfect home when coming to Lexington for college visits/games/graduations, local horse parks/racing, and so much more!! I can’t say enough how easy the rental process was and how attentive the host has been. She reached out several times to make sure everything was perfect…and it certainly was. There were so many personal, host touches to make this our favorite VRBO!
